Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka Sakaisuji Honmachi PREMIER is one of our all-time favourite hotels in Osaka! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, thanks to the amazing staff and the welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect making it super easy to explore the city. The hotel amenities are top-notch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. Little touches like pyjamas, slippers, and complimentary mineral water made our stay even more comfortable. If you ever ran out of essentials (coffee, tea, mouthwash, hair oil, etc.), they offered a convenient top-up station near the reception—what a thoughtful touch! One of the standout features of this hotel is the laundry facilities. Unlike other hotels where you’d have to wait hours for a machine, Daiwa Roynet offers two laundry floors, and we never had to wait long. It made our trip even more convenient! Lastly, I have to mention the exceptional hairdryers and iron for hair. It’s not every day that you come across a hotel with such thoughtful amenities, and trust me, you’ll love the high-quality hair tools—they truly make a difference! Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and we’ll be returning on our next trip to Osaka!

We are amazed by the quality of service that they offered. As we are newlyweds exploring Japan, this hotel has been one of the joys of our trip. From checking in to the sparkling clean room. Room service, facilities and helpful staff. They were so kind to offer us an upgrade and luggage services. We love them so much that we’ve decided to come back again and again. The hotel was very cozy and clean. There was room cleaning every day which i liked. The location is one minute away from metro station and if you are a group of people you can even try taxi as it is almost same price. The amenities at the lobby was very attractive; there was even hair oil:)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close by a Starbucks and multiple convenience stores. There are two train stations close by the hotel 2 min and 10 mins walk respectively. When checking out, reception staff were incredibly helpful in sending my luggage to my next hotel. They called the hotel to double check my reservation and to get the correct details to send luggage. They filled out the luggage form for me and found a loop hole to get a cheaper price. I think the receptionist staff name was suguchiwa or close to that.

The hotel was easy to find, and in the center of so many options to eat and shop. The hotel is right beside a train station, so navigating anywhere in Osaka is super easy. The only issue we had with the room was that the bed was too hard for our comfort. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
